Alicia has a sublime genius for creating something exceptional from nothing.   Give her a paperclip and a song; Alicia will craft an entire play with a chorus.  Superb.
Rene Hernandez (Film Director)
I've always wanted to do clown & now I have & thanks for being the most observant teacher.
- Ahsutosh Shukla (Clown student)
Alicia's insights and direction were critical to my finding a clear, resonant and unique characters.  In the rehearsal room her clear, friendly and uncluttered direction allowed me to explore characters and physicalities within my body that I had never found before.  Alicia's eye for staging greatly enhanced our show and brought some delightful theatrical magic that we loved to play and audiences loved to watch.
- Jacqui Robson (Actor)
I worked with Alicia as a movement director while directing Experience And The Girl in 2016. She was able to make intuitive leaps about the work and communicate them succinctly to both me and the actor. She has a rich pedagogy to draw on which gives her work a depth in performance and a context within a theatre landscape. The piece was rendered an undeniable physical presence under her skill, and my practice has become bolder because of our collaboration.
- Erica Brennan (Director)
Alicia is a powerfully skilled theatre maker. She combines her expertise as dramaturg and movement director to drill down into subject matter and extrapolate deeper themes and translate them to dynamic physical expression on stage. She is both confident in leading structured devising processes and a willing participant in ensemble based devising lead by others. I have found her to be an invaluable collaborator in my own project and look forward to working with her for many years to come.
- Goldele Rayment (Company of Rogues)
